The Indian Hills condominium development is a medium sized complex in the Northstar Ski Resort area in the Truckee, California area with approximately 141 units.

The entrance to the Indian Hills development is located on several streets in the Northstar community and the complex is approximately 1.5 miles from the Village at Northstar making it easy to get to the ski resort. It is also only eight (9.5) miles to the sandy public beaches of Lake Tahoe in Kings Beach, California.

This mountain-side development is close to Northstar, downtown Kings Beach, and downtown Truckee, which makes it easy to ski, shop, dine, visit local galleries, museums, golf, see a movie, or go to Lake Tahoe.

Built in the 1970's (1973-1974) the Indian Hills development is part of a larger development called “Northstar” and unit owners members in both associations the Gold Bend Condominium Association, and are also members of the Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA).

The complex offers a forest/mountain setting with a variety of two (2) or three (3) bedroom floor plans. All of the units are multi-level units.

There are approximately twenty-nine (29) buildings and 141 units within those buildings. The approximate break-down on the different streets are as follows Fourteen (14) units on Feather Ridge, sixteen units (16) on Bear Trap, forty-one (41) units on Mills Camp, and seventy-three (73) units on Rocky Point Circle.

Over the years the Indian Hills development has seen many improvements including deck replacements, exterior front doors, and siding/sealing resulting in a very well-maintained development.

The Indian Hills condo development has owner recreational amenities through the NPOA that include a seasonal heated pool, lap pool, in-ground Hot Tub/Spa, tennis courts, Bocce ball courts, playground equipment, arcade room, and fitness center (gym/exercise equipment), just to name a few features of the recreational center.
