Alpine Meadows, CA Real Estate Market Report

 Alpine Meadows Homes for Sale Market Report – 01-01-2017 to 11-17-2017:

Sold Sales: Alpine Meadows has had fifteen (15) single family homes sold from January 1, 2017 - November 17, 2017.

Alpine Meadows single family home sales price are down slightly.  The average median homes sales was $705,000 and an average sales price of $798,300.

The median average days on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) market has been 159 DOM in 2017.

Cash Sale Transactions:
Cash sales are above the regional average at 40% for 2017, or 4 out of every 10 homes sold was a cash sale.  The regional Lake Tahoe-Truckee Regional average is approximately of 28% for 2017.

Distress Sales: Distress sellers bank foreclosures- Real Estate Owned (REO’s), short sales, and court approval sales remained unchanged with 0% of all homes sold in 2017 being distressed.
 
As a point of reference, a normal real estate market can have any where from 1%-5% of the market as distressed sales, which puts the Alpine Meadows single family homes sales in a normal market.
 
Active Homes for Sale: There are only ten (10) Active – available homes for sale in the Alpine Meadows community as of 11/17/2017. They ranged in price from $768,000 to $2,050,000, with an average median asking listed sales price of $1,162,500.
 
The current inventory levels for the Alpine Meadows area is very limited.
